Game Coaster has served me well with Dungeon Maker for ten years. They have only gotten money from me three times: DM+DLC, and now. For all the effort they put into one of my most beloved games, I am fine with paying the price for an early access game. I know they will meet my expectations. And if not? Oh well. But I doubt that to be the case. The game—however rough it is around some edges—is already fun to me. It can only go up from here.

Honestly? a very fun game. Offers a good challenge for those who want it and has monetized ways to skip the grind if you want (can be expensive but can save a TON of time). Runs don't have to be done all in one go, you can close the app and it'll save your progress for next time. The devs seem to also want to improve the game which is a big plus and why I've decided to spend more money on it. And of course...just look at the art. Amazing work!

An excellent game from a consistent hits releasing developer. While this companies' games are "gooner"ish(don't care but worth mentioning), the mechanics are always solid. This is a roguelike semi-Tower Defense game. You set traps or groups of units(who engage in direct combat and are direct hinderances to enemy movement) to whittle down enemy forces before they take out your Dark Lord(leader unit who also has deployables). Tons of replayability. 33 hours in and lots to go.

- Added Facility Repeat Modification for further strengthening Facilities that have reached their maximum Memory Stage.
- Added the Ascension and Curses campaign. Curses and Catastrophes now appear only when this campaign is enabled, and selecting them also grants additional Dark Lord Promotion or Dark Lord Ascension choices.
- Expanded Trials and increased the maximum currency bonus from Trials to 500%.
